Design Requirements
Your custom blinds are only as good as the artwork you provide. High-quality images produce the best results, while low-resolution files may appear blurry or pixelated when printed or engraved.
Following these guidelines will help ensure your finished product looks its best.
Accepted File Types
We accept most common image and design formats, including:
- JPG / JPEG
- PNG
- SVG
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- EPS
If you're unsure whether your file will work, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Image Quality
For the best results, your artwork should be:
- High resolution (300 DPI recommended)
- Sharp and in focus
- Properly exposed with good lighting
- Original whenever possible
Low-quality images cannot be improved simply by enlarging them. A small photo may look fine on your phone but become blurry when printed on a full-size window treatment.
Photos
Family portraits, pet photos, vacation pictures, and special memories make beautiful custom blinds.
For the best results:
- Use the original image whenever possible.
- Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from social media.
- Do not crop images excessively before uploading.
Logos
Business logos should be submitted as vector files whenever available (AI, EPS, or SVG).
If vector artwork is unavailable, please provide the highest-quality version you have.
Quotes & Text
Double-check all:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Punctuation
Customer-approved text is printed or engraved exactly as submitted.
